I came in to see my options for a new camera. I left with a brand new Blackvue DR900S-2CH and a huge smile on my face! The staff was extremely knowledgable with the products and had all the answers to my questions! If you are in the market for a dash camera this is the place to go!

The staff I dealt with were great, new the products via g discussed. The only concern was the first product I purchased he was not aware that they no long carried it. They contacted me right away and gave me a comparable produce and a couple days for me to do some research. When I called back we discussed the one referred one and a different camera. Hopefully he gave me an honest review answer on the quality of the one I selected. The dash cam is a Christmas gift so won't be able to try it out until then. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I recently bought a 2 channel BlackVue from BlackboxMyCar and spoke to the online chat person. They were very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. They were also able to price match. Shopping around online and was really impressed with the quality of cameras and informational videos, guides and tips about dash cams. How to wire it, the different types out there and mounting guides. The staff are very responsive over e-mail and were a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. They offer installation services, but thanks to their guide, I was able to install my dashcam myself.

You know when you look online and you see a great price on a camera your not sure of? Then you go to blackboxmycar and you see that same camera, for the same price or cheaper. You know you are walking in to a physical location, somewhere that if you need to you can go back there, no online mystery. I just hooked up my second and third car with cameras from blackboxmycar and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

I recently purchased the F800 Pro D+ as I drive for a living and find too many crazy drivers on the road. Once I got the hardware kit wired correctly, I love it. The only thing I don't like about it is that I have to have my car running to actually connect with my WIFI to the app to review any video or to make any changes. After talking to support I learned that this is a feature built in to the camera in order to draw less power from the battery. Once I understood this, I highly recommend this camera as it is a perfect solution to my needs.
