Shipping was fine. Nothing spectacular to say about it, but no complaints.

I originally purchased my berkey from another dealer years back. I had some issues and questions when needing replacements and the customer service person Jennie was super helpful. She spend close to 45 minutes on the phone with me. Highly recommend this company.

Looking forward to trying out the new shower filters. We had them sent to the new address so haven’t even seen them yet. In fact we aren’t sure they arrived! Tracking is terrible!

We love our new Berkey filter! The water is smooth and delicious. Very grateful to have quality water at home. Only downside is we had to remove the 2 extra white filters, because we couldn't get much water to filter into the bottom compartment with the travel size. We hope to upgrade to a bigger size in the future.

Just replaced our PUR counter top water filter with the American made Berkey water filter system. We Love our new Berkey water filter. Berkey made the whole experience perfect from online purchase, to shipping and setup.

I'd heard about how great Berkey filters were from a few friends and finally purchased one. The only problem is I wish I had bought one sooner. No more plastic bottled water, period!
