It filters water great. Completely happy with the ease of set up and use. I searched the whole unit looking for the blemish. I found what could possibly be considered a blemish. Once assembled it is covered by others parts of the unit. Sorry I waited as long as I did to purchase a unit.

Everything was very easy. The order arrived very quickly. Setup was easy, and the filter gives good water.

we absolutely love our Big Berky! there is 2 in our household but we also have grandkids . i think the size is good for us. very self explanatory in putting together but did have some trouble getting the filters primed even with the prime pump i purchased but all is good. the water taste so clean and crisp. i will be buying a spigot so i can see the level so do yourself a favor and just purchase one with your Berky!! I also bought the shower filter and love it. i can tell a difference in my hair and skin- not so dry and brittle!!

I got the Imperial and love the way it filters water.

Received package in a timely manner via USPS. Product had no damage, and no missing pieces. Instructions are easy to follow and priming of the filters can feel overwhelming, but was probably the easiest task to do. Completely satisfied with my Big Berkey. Thank you!

Big Berkey was quick to respond to my question regarding the rusting "stainless" spigot and advised me that since it was beyond the 6 month warranty, my only recourse was to purchase another one.

Love the ease and convenience of Berkey black & fluoride filters. Used Big Berkey for 10 years. Just got bundle larger Imperial Berkey for 2 people, baking, cooking and dog. Water tastes so pure! Red dye test useful in determining the effectiveness. Saves $100 a month of bottled water. Well worth the investment in our health!!!
