Basically just giving you a three star because this top on my two-door bronco flops around it makes all kinds of noise right above my head where the Velcro is around the bar. Very poor design should’ve been much tighter. The one in my Jeep Wrangler is 1000 times better.

The top went right on with no tools. The fit is a little loose over the driver's and passenger seats and behind the back seat. Water has been ponding on the roof and I found out the hard way by noticing the bulge on the inside in the back and pushed up on it and soaked my pants completely. Perhaps you could supply, or offer an optional interior support to avoid this happening to someone else. I find myself wondering how the water weight is effecting the material and hardware. I know the logo had been placed in a conspicuous place for free advertising. Would you consider placing it on the rear body to top mounting area and provide an option of no logo at all with a sticker that can be displayed in an area of the customer's choosing? Besides the water ponding on the top I rate it as a 7 out of 10 due to the excessive noise it generates at lower speeds by the loose areas. The website is lacking in clarity. You get a picture of a jeep and top and have to guess which one is the correct one. When you call them, the wait is horrendously long. If you ask for a call back, they call you when they are about to close and if you miss the call, you start over. I thought I ordered the correct part, it was not. I ended up buying a whole new top, new upper door panels, and new framework. Had I known I needed to do this, I would have kept looking around at other options because this was almost twice what I had budgeted. They would have taken the top back but if they deemed it non-sellable they would only give a partial refund. It's like they get you over a log and you're stuck with no resolution aside from more money out of your pocket! Customer service is very slow to respond, though they are very nice so I don't blame them. Shipping was fine and pretty quick. You just need to either wait to talk to someone or take the chance like I did and hopefully you have better luck.

Installing was fairly easy now that it’s on and I’m using it. It’s very noisy on the highway like a whistling while closed. And when it’s open, the material flaps around and is noisy as well. I had one on my 2016 but I had the diamond and that was so much nicer. I wish I would’ve put the extra money out.

The bestop windows fit perfect into the factory top. I replaced worn out clear windows with the tinted windows. Keeps the temperature in Jeep cooler on hot summer days.

since our last conversation about not hrearing back from you guys on the rear window i still have recieved any feedback other a note our apoloiges as we are getting alot of emails but still now its 3 weeks

The new top was very hard to put on. Once it was installed, the fabric does not come all the way down on the passenger side door. It was very hard to get the window zippered in and it was so hard to put on that. I hesitate to take the windows out and never put the top down anytime soon. Well, it looks pretty good on. It was not the most easy process to do.
