After reading the ad, I chose to get the soft top section that replaces the Freedom roof sections. The install was clear and somewhat "tough" at times. The finished product was/is what I expected. Quick access to open air. Just wished I had it when we went out west last fall. So far, good solid quality and time will tell. I keep our Wrangler inside a garage when not in use, so the top should last a long time.

Great product, no doubt. But. . . 1. You offered the doors and spice, but not the top. Makes no sense. 2. I got zero response from the questions I submitted on your email. 3. It took hours to get a response on my phone calls. It's like you have one really nice guy working there, but he can't handle the volume by himself. All in all, good product but frustrating experience.

Everything as it should be from a proper, long established and respected company, efficient shipping, packaging and great product. Don't bother with others, just by Bestop.

The jeep had a bestop roof. I ordered a bestop sunshade. It seems the sunshade uses a different Windshield track? The sunshade doesn’t stay inside the channel. It blew off track while driving. I’ve tried to call support multiple times only to be directed to call back at another time. Ridiculous and dangerous.

Bought two sunridersnfor our family Jeeps. One cable broke in just a few months. Bestop won't answer the phone or send real emails. Check the better business bureau and see Bestop is not accredited there. I wish I never bought the sunrider. Don't.

Bestop has a long wait time if you have a problem with your order but part of it was my fault because when they called me back I thought it was a scam call. I finally got ahold of a lady that works there. I explained the problem with my top and the lady I was dealing with was an excellent representative for their company. Extremely nice and took care of my problem right then. I received my replacement top in a few days, it fit perfectly and if you have a problem with your order I hope you get lucky and get to talk to the GREAT customer service lady that I talked to and she will take care of of your problem. She will make your day better.
