Shipping is alittle slow have patience, when you receive your top you will love it

Upon receiving the product, I noticed that the weather stripping on one of the front upper fabric windows (which fits over the metal frame of a 1998 TJ) was torn and separating. I contacted Bestop, and they initially responded promptly, stating they would send a replacement. A couple of weeks later, a replacement did arrive—but it was the wrong part. Instead of the correct upper door window, they sent a rear window. I followed up with Bestop, offered to return the incorrect item (if they provided a return label), and again requested the correct piece. Unfortunately, I’ve received no response since. The lack of follow-through and communication has been disappointing, especially after the initial issue with product quality.

No online description of parts or images. You buy the wrong thing you're stuck with it. What a crock

I have a 95 Jeep Wrangler jy . Had a factory hard top. And any Jeep owner know those suckers are heavy and a pain to put on and off. Called Bestop and the guy was so friendly and helpful. Ordered a soft top. Got it in less than a week. Pretty simple to put on. Give yourself a couple hours. Very pleased. Would highly recommend this company.

Love this type of top, open enough without taking the whole top off. I drive a pavement princess, not an off road vehicle. Love the fold over option

the top has a hard time staying closed on the side windows. Both sides, at different times, had come loose when I’m on the highway. I finally had to use Gorilla Tape to keep them from coming open. Much worse when all the windows are closed and at higher speeds - and no, I’m not talking about speeding. And yes, the top is put on correctly. Makes me wish I hadn’t done away with my hard top. Disappointed.

I absolutely love my soft top. Well worth the money. Easy to use. One of my best investments on my jeep.

I received it via FedEx. The installation was simple for me. After reading the entire instructions it took me about an hour to install.

Packaging and shipping was good. Included instructions were good and Youtube videos were invaluable. Installed top looks good and should only get better with a little time in the sun. Overall, quite satisfied with the TJ Trektop.

I got 2 different answers from your CS reps regarding which was the appropriate replacement top for my '06 Wrangler TJ that has the Sunrider roof option. they were approxmately $1000 apart in price. The cheaper option matched another retailer's recommendation, which is the one I went with. It fit perfectly
