I really like the crossbow but the scope isn't good at all. I tried for almost 2 hours to sight it in. I will be replacing the scope.

I’m a die hard Bear guy and I was terribly disappointed with this purchase (Bear X Impact). The bow came with missing parts, the stirrup broke right away, and I can’t tune the heavier arrows you sell with the scope it came with. Customer service was fine for getting me parts but I couldn’t hunt with it until 2-3 weeks after it was delivered and I don’t want to switch mid season. The crank sucks and I ended up buying the rope. No discounts were offered which is fine but just not what I expected from this brand.

Grat delivery

The bow is great and my son loves it. It came damaged, the whisker biscuit arrow rest was damaged beyond use. We had to go buy one local so he could use the bow and we could set it up.

Customer service was excellent. Let them know there was a problem and they had me do a little trouble shooting. When that didn’t work they got product on the way quickly to hopefully correct the issue. Great job Bear Archery that’s the best costumer service I’ve seen in years.
