Every thing seemed okay. Shipping, tracking and prices all good. When we took bows into to get fitted, the tech noticed we were missing a light recharge/battery attachment on one of the bows sites. Have emailed customer service and no response. Also could not complete warranty information online, would not let me submit for some reason.

Recently ordered the Bear Impact CDXV and had to contact CS on two occasions. First was due to the silent crank not being in the box. The second was due to the scope being thread locked where you put the battery and I couldn’t get it open. Both occasions I was talking to someone within minutes. Both times after explaining the reason I was calling the CS team had new items ordered to be shipped. It has been the best experience I have ever had with any CS team in my life. No waiting to talk to some recording and endless amount of time on hold. The Reps were extremely friendly and absolute joy to deal with. No attitude or seemingly indifference towards you. Just respectful, friendly and helpful people. Thanks for the help! This company has definitely earned my loyalty and business in the future.

I like the cross bow, but the instructions could use improvement. For instance, the spacer at the front end is not even mentioned in the manual. So u put the front end together, then have to take apart to add spacer. The scope adjustment in the manual states one click equals 1/2” at 100 yds but scope is marked 1/4” at 100 yds 🫤 A diagram depicting the yardage setting for each recticle (10,20,30, etc) would be great 🧐 +++ Also I zeroed at 10 & 20 and moved to 30. I started at speed 390 and adjusted speed down to 315 over 10 shots and still hitting 2” low at 30 yds 🤨 ++++ One arrow already broke after hitting Bone Collector BC-300 target

I love the bow itself, I find the sight and sling could be swapped out but it’s quiet with dampeners, simple assembly and came super fast. Holds tight groups at distance, incredibly happy for the price.
