Bolts were falling off after shooting it once and when unpacking out of box, was also missing product.

I am satisfied with service I have gotten so far with my purchases from Bear archery. I have only one little issue with the Impact crossbow I bought but I going to contact customer service about it. I am sure the will be able to take care of it like they have with my question after I got my new cross bow.

I have two other Bear (Constrictor) crossbows, but the one I was interested in (Impact) was slightly different than the others and I had a couple of technical questions. Called the Bear customer service line and talked to a fella who was excellent! Answered all my questions. So I got on the website and ordered the new crossbow (at half price I might add!). It was promptly shipped the next morning and two days later, I was sighting it in and looking forward to sitting in a tree soon!!!

Bear adapt 2 hp rth+ is an awesome bow package only thing missing are the colored o-rings for the hitman stabilizer comes with the yellow one installed and that's it no way to even order the rest of them. It does come with all of the sight tapes for different fps arrow speeds. If you order from the site make sure to go over ever nut and bolt as most were only hand tight and the stabilizer was cross threaded with a messed up bolt

Nice crossbow

The quick shipping and customer service has been excellent. I ordered the Constrictor pro Xbow. The instructions were pretty basic and didn’t give great detail and definitely could have been more user friendly. The original scope out of box did not operate as advertised and I lost three bolts just trying to sight it in from 10 yards. The mounting rail is set way to hi and the scope cannot adjust to compensate. The windage adjusters are made of cheap plastic and the first one I had snapped while adjusting. They quickly sent me a new scop which was appreciated but ran into similar issues. Fortunately I was able to get it sighted in but I am at the absolute extended range for the up down adjuster and in order to get it to sight in, I’ve had to try and adjust the sight rail. I’m not confidant that the scope will hold it’s zero especially after being handled and transported. Leaves me with a gut feeling that it’s not going to be accurate and I can’t trust it. All of the bow technicians I have taken it too have told me that you should buy a bear bow but not a bear xbow…they’re probably right. Overall disappointed and not confidant in its operating capabilities.
