Overall, I think the product is good. I have used it and it works well. However, I think the manual could include more exercises or examples of how to use all the tools in the kit. Moreover, I thik the price shipping is expensive, but I understand that this situation is beyond your control.

I'm happy with the product. . . it is just slightly larger than I expected. I purchase a smaller pen-shaped one - hopefully that'll work out better! Also, it took a little longer than I expected too.

My 4 year old daughter loves this new chewy. She prefers the ribbed texture and long skinny style. Ark's extra tough chewies are the only ones that she doesn't destroy in 24 hours. Thanks to their chewable jewelry line, my daughter doesn't grind her teeth constantly.
