Excellent product!

Great order experience and very fast shipping! My only suggestion for improvement is to have a checkbox option for customers to select receiving only one information card/booklet per order to minimize waste (though I understand that each item is packaged with one in a sealed plastic bag perhaps to speed up the fulfillment process). Otherwise we are huge fans of your company and grateful for your products. It has helped dramatically to normalize sensory tools for our youngest kiddo. Thank you for helping him regulate better with your great chewelry!

My nephew loves his blue robot. This is his second one. He hasn’t tried the other one I got him as they are saving it for when blue robot requires retiring.

I received my product in 4 days. My 5 year old daughter loves her chewy necklace. She needs the tough one and this the only place I can find them. It helps her regulate when she is over stimulated. ❤️

The first ones I purchased weren’t quite right for me. They sent me replacements that were perfect. What a stand up company! I love my harder chews!!!

Easy to order. Arrived in a timely manner. We ordered the tough ones and my daughter loves them. Haven’t had them long but they are lasting longer than some of the other brands we purchased in the past.

My son loves the fact that they are really cool designs and are more durable to his needs, the last once we got from a different company didn’t last long at all and were very plain to where some kids would make fun of him because it looked similar to what babies use when teeth are coming in, he would correct other what they are, but these once’s gave him so much confidence that he even finally made friends this year and is able to use them without hiding or embarrassment that when he overstimulated he really helps than hurting himself and others

Standard toughness car lasted about a month of my 4yo chewing on it before wheels started coming off. He loves it, and it definitely served its purpose. I wish it had lasted a little longer though!

My first biter ended up getting lost by the mail carrier, and after a while I reached out to ARK about it. My handler (Corry) was super nice and addressed my issue immediately. They didn’t have to, but Corry even went a little above and beyond to make up for the trouble— Great customer service!

He loves these so we’re going to try the stronger ones.
