Not for us
We didn't really have any need for service but everything that was ordered was correct. The product wasn't what we had hoped for so my son couldn't use them. We bought the softest available and they were still to stiff for him it made his jaw sore.

We loved it and it was so helpful to cut down on shirt chewing… until the dog got ahold of it and chewed it to pieces. Would buy again.

Do you have a sturdier one or maybe start a subscription?
The xxx avid chewer one only lasts 2 weeks for us before we have to order another one. If you had a monthly subscription that was more affordable that would be cool. . . i mean I just bought another one of course but still maybe consider?

Amazing for my 9 month old!
My 9 month old was struggling to drink from a straw. She didn’t understand the sucking motion needed or associating how the water would come out without my help. This cup got her drinking from a straw cup within a few days! Worked great for us! Once she got it we moved onto a regular straw cup.
