Ordered Monday afternoon arrived Tuesday

Outstanding service, quick delivery. All four items were very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition - I am delighted with these large planters and would recommend Woven Wood to anyone.

I’m really happy with this product. Delivery was fast and it arrived in perfect condition. Although it didn’t come with instructions, assembly was simple enough. The sides were a tight fit, but with a few taps from a hammer they slotted in securely, making the planter very sturdy. The base is thinner than the sides, though this isn’t an issue as it rests on slates. I ordered the 2m size in grey and painted it to match my other planters. To finish, I lined the inside with weed membrane to help protect the wood from damp. Overall, it feels solid, looks great, and offers excellent value for the price.

Very disappointed with the three failed attempts to pay using PayPal. Contacted both PayPal and Woven Wood but couldn't get a solution. Paid direct and was very impressed with the speed of the delivery. The planters were well packed and protected.

They look good, but a couple had broken end stakes at the bottom. Not sure if that was done during delivery as I wasn't there at that time. Hoping when i put them up I can tap the stakes through slightly and that will hold it together.
