Good customer service

Good

Great service!

As it says on the tin, these fence posts were ordered same time as some Hazel fencing. Good quality, efficient call handling on order line, polite and prompt delivery, thank you 😊👍G Bowen

Shipping was good on planters and one plant order but I did have to chase one plant order but think that was the couriers fault. Trolled to emails was very good

I ordered 2 products and only one of them arrived initially. The second item apparently got lost somewhere along the line. Had to chase this up a couple of times but eventually someone sorted the problem and it arrived 2 days later (but 2 weeks after ordering). Minimal packaging though too much plastic for my liking.
