I ordered 2 products and only one of them arrived initially. The second item apparently got lost somewhere along the line. Had to chase this up a couple of times but eventually someone sorted the problem and it arrived 2 days later (but 2 weeks after ordering). Minimal packaging though too much plastic for my liking.
