The quality is very good, my kids love it.

The pillow I received is not at all as pictured on the website. Contrary to the images advertised, it’s very thin and not at all plush. It does not appear comfortable for a child to use to rock on the arch, on account of flimsiness with the underlying bars. Nowhere near worth the money this costs. Will be returning.

High quality wood, strudy and beautiful to look at.

We love it! It started as a cozy rocker for our baby and now works perfectly as a climbing toy. The quality is excellent, very sturdy and beautifully made. It truly grows with your child!

Great quality

I have been waiting for this climber for so long and I am so disappointed that more than half of the items are missing + all the hardware. We have ordered it for a baby zone café as a central piece of the business and now we can't even open in January because of that.

Slow shipping but it was during the government shutdown and there was a delay at customs. Out of your control and I was happy with the communication!

We got the large playground climber for our new house with a big basement and it’s so perfect. It is so well made and I love the look of it. We hired a handy man to put it together and it took him 5 hours, lots of pieces but good directions. The only reason why I rated it 4 stars and not 5 is because it is smaller than I expected and it says the age is 3-8, which is not accurate. I have 1 and 4 year old boys and my 4 year old is nearly grown out of it. My 1 year old LOVES it. I think 1-4, maybe 1-5 makes more sense. My 4 year old likes it but I worry he won’t for much longer considering he’s so big for it. But all in all so happy with my purchase and I know we’ll be using it for years to come!

I was extremely impressed by the quality of materials used. The anchors were simple to install and are very sturdy. It is an excellent product. The ropes can be easily taken down or swapped out with a different rope climbing toy.

The Customer service is excellent! The products are built very well, and I would recommend!

Didnt received what I bought

The product shipped in a timely way, but there are few overall issues with the product. The slide doesn't work well as the wooden rollers fall off. The swing is also awkward and does not stay flat. Thus, these two pieces of our play gym are ineffective.

The slide on this product falls apart as the wooden rollers aren't all the correct side. There is also not quite enough room for kids to really swing. The wooden swing is sturdy, but has the potential to really hit a child in the head if they are not careful.

The monkey bars worked perfectly for our new play area! Our 5 year old daughter is having lots of fun climbing, swinging and especially pretend play. Our ceiling in the basement is too low so we didnt install the top part. We made our own mural/ climbing wall and the structure worked perfectly in this new setting. Small enough to fit but big enough to play.
