Had to wait a bit during the holiday season but it was totally worth it. They care about the quality and their customers satisfaction that’s for sure. The support team were really nice when I called.

At most other places, normally you buy these products and it’s made of soft pine and the screws won’t hold up a piece of tissue paper, let alone your child. The screws loosen up and it’s broken within a couple months. This product, on the other hand, is incredible. The wood is sturdy and dense, and the construction lag screws would hold up a horse barn with no chance of stripping the wood out. I was incredibly impressed with the quality of this product and will certainly recommend to anyone who asks.

We didn't realize they were coming from a Ukrainian company when we ordered, so they arrived about 6 weeks after the estimated outside shipment date. This was unfortunate since they were meant to be a Christmas present. But every time I asked they communicated with me and they also gave me a slight refund because of the delay.

We love it! Everything was well packaged and easy to assemble albeit time consuming. I understand that these products are a labor of love to make and can appreciate that they are coming all the way from Ukraine but I would like a large disclaimer on the website regarding turn around time. I ordered 12/20/24 and received 2/5/25. The company was great about customer service; they granted me $50 to use on another product and expedited shipping. Overall very happy and would purchase again. Thank you.

Customer service is awful

The shipping and packaging were great! I did have to watch the assembly video many times to figure it out, but I did eventually get there! I wish the instructions were a little bit easier to follow.

Initially I had some frustration because the climbing set didn't arrive for Christmas. Now that we've received it, I realize it was worth the wait! The set is made from quality material and finished well. My grandson loves it!

Our toddler absolutely loves the wooden playground and uses it every day. It’s a great way for him to build strength, independence, and to expend his boundless energy when we can’t go to the park. It was fairly simple to complete and put together. My main feedback is that it doesn’t feel sturdy at all, always creaks when it’s being used, and the wood bends too. It doesn’t give the sense that it’s quality wood which is a shame since it was $900+. I wish the wood pieces were thicker, and that the slide side rails were a little higher. It’s fine for him now while he’s little, but I worry if it will hold him when he gets an older. We are hoping to be able to use it for a few years at least.
