I ordered this piece on July 25, 2025. If you are a US customer, you should know the items ship from overseas. Our structure was lost and delayed. After SEVERAL emails back and forth over the course of weeks the company declared the item missing and sent another one that arrived in late August. The item arrived completely mangled. The box was torn and opened - and lo and behold all of the hardware was missing. The company offered to "expedite" hardware to us, but having waited over a month already, we bought it ourselves at a hardware store. The design of the structure is not sound and the monkey bars spin, causing a neighbor to fall off the monkey bars. My husband is handy and was able to reinforce them so they do not spin. I am requesting to be reimbursed for the hardware we bought and the company is CONTINUING to have a back and forth battle with me and so far has not issued me any refund for the hardware we purchased or for the incredible inconvenience that has literally spanned months. Their emails are heartless and likely AI generated. I would never, ever recommend this company or these items to anyone.

Do not buy this product! I spent a fortune on this only to have it missing pieces and pieces that don't fit together. The original shipment did not contain any hardware. And I had to contact the retailer to send it to me which took an additional three weeks. Then when I put it together, it was so poorly made that the wooden pieces did not fit together. For the price, I paid --iver $700!!--I expect way more. Do not buy this product

I received the products in a timely manner. They were easy to put together. They are very well made and the children are loving them!

My kids absolutely love the slide. The only down fall on this is the building instructions. The screws and bolts are labeled however, there would be more than 1 a and all were different sizes so I never knew the proper one to use on which equipment. Also the boards were not labels so you are going strictly by picture. This whole product would have gotten a better rating if everything on the box was labeled. Also the Instructions would say for instance "1 b bolt needed" so you set aside that 1 b bold then you start going through the steps to put it together and there are 9 different spots to put the b bolt. So in reality you need 9 bolts not 1 like the front said you needed.

We ordered the Home Climbing Wall after realizing how much our son loves the climbing structures at the playground. But we can’t always get to those parks, so having a climbing wall at home is the perfect solution. We got a small three-panel set, and it fits perfectly on his bedroom wall. He’s totally into it and loves that he can climb whenever he wants.

We own many woodsndhearts products, including the pikler, and have come to expect a high level of quality. Unfortunately we've been very disappointed with this cushion; 3 of the ties ripped off within a week or two. I'm in the process of trying to get it replaced. Hope to hear from customer service soon.

Great experience! Took a while to receive the product. Overall instructions were easy to follow. Took 8 hours to assemble solo with some toddler distractions. My daughter loves it! Highly recommend.

Even before my baby was born, I read a lot about the Montessori method and was originally looking for a simple wooden triangle. But the moment I saw this full set, I knew we had to get it. I love that the arch comes with a cushion — it turns into a comfy little rocker. My baby absolutely loves it. She relaxes in it, flips through her books, lounges. It’s her favorite spot. We also use the triangle for more than just climbing, it often becomes a playhouse because kids love cozy little nooks. It isn’t just a climbing set; it’s a gem. So glad we chose this versatile option!

I wish I had something like these Monkey Bars when I was a kid, but at least my child does now! We went for the basic version without the extras, just added a soft mat underneath for safer landings. Maybe we’ll get the rope accessories later, but for now, my kid is busy climbing, hanging, and coming up with all sorts of new games. Still learning to cross the full monkey bars, but we’ll get there. We followed the instructions for assembly and mounting, it doesn’t wobble at all. Very happy, thank you!

Honestly, I don’t know how we managed without the learning tower before! It’s really a game-changer. My daughter loves watching me in the kitchen, and I used to either put her on a regular chair or even on the countertop next to me, but I had to constantly watch her. Constantly! Now she’s got her own sturdy chair and leader combo, and she can climb up and down on her own safely, even when I’m not looking for a second. Bonus is that it transforms into a little desk with a bench, so now she has her own workspace, too. Super convenient. I think every home with little kids needs this tower.

Shipping was pretty fast — the item was in stock, which was great, but honestly, we would’ve been willing to wait even if it wasn’t. It’s totally worth it. The gym arrived in several boxes on different days. We had one small issue, and customer support responded quickly and helped us resolve it — really appreciated that.

Everything’s great, but I have a question - where was this when I was a kid?! The wood feels nice, the frame is solid, no weird smells. My older loves jumping down from the monkey bars, so it’s great there is mat in the kit! Awesome piece.

Shipping confirmations, updates and notifications were timely. It would be nice if the US location has an inventory of the equipment.

I bought this originally for my 1 year old to play on and grow with- when we got it he was only interested in using it as a rocker. After our 5 year old started climbing on it, though, our younger one started too! They both love to climb, and when we set up the tent they play peek-a-boo 😊 It's honestly so sweet because our five year old doesn't normally like to play with the baby but he does with the arch.

This play set is everything we hoped for. We got it as a gift for our 2-year-old, and for the first few days she didn’t even want to go outside — she loved playing on it so much. And it seems much safer than our backyard playground ladders! BTW, the size is perfect for her, but it’s way too small for our friends’ kids who are already in school.

It’s a hit! The quality is excellent, and it comes with so much more than just the climbing frame, but also a swing, ropes, a slide. Now, my toddler is always busy, I’m so happy about that. Seems I needed it even more than my kid!
