Bought the monkey bars last summer and my kids are still obsessed. We just wanted some new stuff to mix it up, so we ordered these ropes. They’re awesome really sturdy and well made. Support was super helpful too, told me exactly what would fit and replied crazy fast. My son loves the disc swing the most, he just spins on it nonstop. Super happy we got these.

The rings broke in half the second time my 3 year old used them. The rest is the structure seems fine but the kid is very scared of this structure now and worried that other parts will break. There is no easy way to mount the hanging items (pod swing, etc) from ceilings that aren’t cement or wood 2x4s so we are still trying to figure out how to hang those items.

I'm going to start with the good! My kids LOVE this and play on it every day. Their favorite parts are the gymnastic rings and the swing ladder. We have made it a part of our pre-bedtime routine to make sure they're nice and ready to relax at bedtime. Customer service is also phenomenal. We had a small issue and reached out, they responded promptly and went above and beyond to help. I would 100% have confidence recommending any purchase from them just because of that. The one drawback, as other reviewers have mentioned, it IS challenging to put together. It took my husband and I around 4 hours to accomplish it. On Christmas Eve. After the kids were asleep. Made some mistakes, had to go back or adjust a bit. He had to use other tools he had around the house. We were exhausted. 😂 I put together all of our furniture purchases myself no problem, but I would not have been able to accomplish this by myself. Still, plan to have some help, and it's totally worth it!

It is a lot of work to put together. And the long pieces only have two predrilled holes. It was a test of patience and hand strength to line up the pieces and then hold them to screw each piece in. I bought 6 panels!

I noticed there aren’t many reviews for this company, so here is an honest one from the US. We purchased this indoor gym and had a very disappointing experience. When attempting to install it, we discovered that the pre-drilled holes and mounting requirements did not safely align with the structure of our home, even though our home is fully up to code. Instead of acknowledging this as a legitimate safety concern, the company repeatedly pushed us to install the product anyway, despite our clear explanation that doing so would not be safe for our home or our children. Safety should never be negotiable, especially for a product designed for kids. When we tried to return the playset, the process became extremely frustrating. Not only did the company refuse to take responsibility, but we were also required to pay for the return shipping ourselves — which was very expensive. Being forced to cover a costly return for a product that could not be installed safely felt unfair and unreasonable. Rather than offering a reasonable solution, the company shifted blame to our home and labeled this a “compatibility issue,” even though the product simply could not be installed safely as designed. We expected better customer support and a company that prioritizes child safety over rigid policies. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I would strongly caution other families to think twice before purchasing, especially if your installation space isn’t perfectly “standard. ”

These are great products. The play kitchen is sturdy, has rounded edges and non toxic materials. Having purchased less expensive products elsewhere, you can tell the difference with these toys by far! The customer service team is also great. They are very responsive and kind.
