The parcel arrived very fast, the Swedish Wall ladder was very well packaged, it took me about 30min to assemble using a powered screwdriver, I would highly recommend this product as it is very well build and they have payed great attention on details

We got the Swedish wall a couple of months ago, and I honestly thought it would be one of those activities that kids “love in the beginning” but quickly lose interest in. However, my girls still love it and use it daily! I’m so happy with this product.

These are beautiful and our boys love them! They can’t play on them for too long though, because it hurts their toes to climb. They’re all well within the age/weight limits so I am a little bummed about that. But hoping it’s like playing a guitar and they’re just stronger and more used to it. We also had to add a screw to every handle (be sure to pre-drill) because how the two were placed didn’t feel sturdy enough. But we are in love with it and it’s a great addition to our playroom for our three young boys!

I ordered this January 23 and have not received the shelf.

Delivery took a bit long, but oh man, totally worth the wait! And I knew the products were coming from Ukraine (thanks for the update in your footer), so long shipping was kinda expected. Seeing my kids’ faces light up when it arrived? Priceless. Great service, awesome payoff!

Had to wait a bit during the holiday season but it was totally worth it. They care about the quality and their customers satisfaction that’s for sure. The support team were really nice when I called.

At most other places, normally you buy these products and it’s made of soft pine and the screws won’t hold up a piece of tissue paper, let alone your child. The screws loosen up and it’s broken within a couple months. This product, on the other hand, is incredible. The wood is sturdy and dense, and the construction lag screws would hold up a horse barn with no chance of stripping the wood out. I was incredibly impressed with the quality of this product and will certainly recommend to anyone who asks.

We didn't realize they were coming from a Ukrainian company when we ordered, so they arrived about 6 weeks after the estimated outside shipment date. This was unfortunate since they were meant to be a Christmas present. But every time I asked they communicated with me and they also gave me a slight refund because of the delay.

We love it! Everything was well packaged and easy to assemble albeit time consuming. I understand that these products are a labor of love to make and can appreciate that they are coming all the way from Ukraine but I would like a large disclaimer on the website regarding turn around time. I ordered 12/20/24 and received 2/5/25. The company was great about customer service; they granted me $50 to use on another product and expedited shipping. Overall very happy and would purchase again. Thank you.
