This is a godsend for those nights after a high stress day when you’re tired, but it’s a little more difficult than usual to fall asleep or for those restless nights. We also use it when muscle tension or headaches make sleep hard. It doesn’t leave you groggy and the sleep feels more natural than sleep aids like melatonin or Unisom.
