I wouldn't say you take this and feel instantly different but what I find is a subtle calm about myself. It's nice because it just mellows me out, especially before traveling and the chaos with being at airports.

The droplets don’t really help me go to sleep or get to sleep, but it does help me stay asleep. I will say that I noticed when I take the droplets that my dreams are very “abnormal”. I’m not sure why and maybe it’s just how my body is responding to the ingredients. But I’ve decided to stop taking it because it’s not really helping me get to sleep and when I do go to sleep, I’m dealing with weird dreams.

I've really enjoyed all of these well made products. I first used a postpartum one when my cycle hadn't returned after months. 2 weeks of using it and my cycle returned and I felt night and day difference in my life. I would recommended these to anyone.

I love the Lymph product! I have Lipadema and it really helps decreasing the inflammation. For now it’s temporary, but hopefully with other steps too the inflammation will start dissipating at some point.
