Was producing around 4-5 each pump session. After taking the goats rue my pumps been ridiculously full to the MAX!! Have to pump twice for morning and night pumps to feel empty. IMO so worth it just a little expensive!

I will be honest and say I was hoping for something immediate, to stop feeling the flashes the moment I started taking this, but it hasn't been the case.
