Any new mom knows that sleep is hard to come by with a newborn and your having to wake up every 2-4 hours to feed. This helps maximize the time your sleeping time, get to sleep quicker and deeper for better rest in between feeds. It’s been so helpful this postpartum, I wish I had known about it with my first 2.

The restorative oil is so great. It helps me so much with relaxing! It melts deep into my tissue and I have really enjoyed it.
