I have been using this formula more often recently. I wake often in the early hours and often have racing mind. It really helps to drift off back to sleep and not wake up groggy. I just take several pumps with a little water like a shot. Taste is strong herbal alcohol flavor but not unpleasant. So glad to have found this!
