This works great for me and my kids. I am more on the sensitive side. It helps keep their attention to get tasks done in the morning that I need them to do. I'm excited to see how it works for when school comes into play starting Tuesday because mornings are really hard for us. But this has helped get tasks done without whining or complaining because the focus is there because my son is definitely a squirrel brain. If you have ADHD and you know what I mean lol.
