I really didn't know anything about windy city tobacco site until I started making my own cigarettes because I was tired of getting the caliber of cigarettes that are sold everywhere these days so basically I started using them just recently out of curiosity about creating my own style of smokes and I am very glad I stumbled upon them and I am very pleased with the selection and variety of things they offer and the service and delivering of their products it is a very good place for everything i am looking for so thank you for your service and products that windy City tobacco site offers so yes I am very pleased

Great selection of tobacco, and tubes. Great prices. Packed with care. No smashed tubes. Definitely my new go to

Best delivery service

The service was as good as always with my order. My order was exactly what I ordered. The shipping charge seemed very high. The packaging was good.

Having Problems

Shipping to High and takes to long

Great job! Arrived with good moisture level.

Shipping cost to high.

PACKAGE CAME EARLY. ALL WRAPPED TO PERFECTION. BEST CIGAR/CIGARETTE ONLINE CO. OUT THERE. GREAT JOB WINDY - KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC WORK

A few years ago I decided to RMO to save money. I selected Windy City as my first foray and am still a customer. I am trying a new tobacco blend every other order to zone in on what I like the best. Their order to delivery time is awesome too. I do wish they would offer loyal customers a discount every now and then. (wink wink).

Great company, great products, fast shipping.

Your services appreciated. Variable shipping rate sometimes a little xpensive sometimes I'm given a break on the cost. I would like the opportunity to catch a break consistently. Be more open about this
