Love WCC, always prompt and on time!

Very satisfied!

Love windy city !!!!!

Good turnaround for products

I've never had a problem with windy city.

I would recommend this tobacco. Not giving me any issues, and it smells like a campfire

Always quick with my tobacco orders and free shipping.

Been with this company for a while now and I have nothing bad about them. Products are great always in stock and we are happy with them

Fulfillment and shipping are almost always same-day, which is just one of the reasons I’m a loyal Windy City customer for the foreseeable future! A+++ company!

The customer service was paramount and I received my order fast. Thank you so much for such an amazing process. I'm a customer for life!

Have been buying here for awhile now and also for a family and always have had great experiences.

Great products at great prices. Shipped fast, and everything came undamaged.

No problems on my order previous to this one. This order was shipped from Illinois to MPLS, then to Pennsylvania, and now hopefully back to Minnesota. Was originally scheduled to be delivered to my post office today. Can't see that happening. I'm hoping Monday or Tuesday which is well over a week from initial order. Also tried ordering Backwoods 1. 5 oz flavored pouches but oder sheet labeled them o. o. s. I called your supplier and they said they no longer produce those. Maybe website should be upgraded to reflect that. Good thing I'm retired and had the time to investigate. Went for a different brand and hoping it's close to the obsolete pipe tobacco I once enjoyed.

I love the easy and fast way of quick response of orders and fast delivery.

Great selection, prompt shipping. Certainly can't complain. Great company to do business with.

Love this company and tobacco. Will never buys cigs again. Such a better taste than store bought. Saves tons of money too. Just wish shipping wasn't so much

The fresh tobacco makes a full bodied cigarette that surpasses ready made far away

Service and communication are good.

Always quick shipping!
