Coupon codes not working on site and having to call the get conformation. Then told to order first online and the service rep manually having to credit me back the coupon code difference to my card. Service rep seemed as flustered about it as I was. Also discount for my first order coupon code was sent to me day AFTER my first order. Never got that discount. Other than that I'm still ordering from the site. Haven't run me off yet. I do credit your company with providing good descriptions and selections both text and video. Pricing on par with other online retailers and much cheaper on tobacco than my local insane prices $37 a bag verses $15. . . anywhere online.

The OHM Gold Mint 5lb and the Shargio tubes were just as expected. The problem I have is with delivery. I don't expect super-fast with free delivery, but this time was a little ridiculous - I ordered on Saturday, USPS said the label was printed on Monday, but they didn't acknowledge receiving the package until Friday. . . and then it took another week to actually get here. Good thing I had enough left to last me two weeks!
