I never have any problems navigating or anything. I think it feels a little outdated and I know it's not easy to have the cleanest newest site without actually making everything more difficult. If everything works perfectly why brick it so it looks a little fancier. Just great site guys love ordering and it's always a breeze

Very easy to navigate the website, good explanation of products. Very slow delivery especially since I am only three hours away from their location.

I have had nothing but a good experience with Windy City Cigars, definitely a returning customer.

Windy city cigars does not actually have "same day shipping" when you use USPS and claim free shipping with a large purchase. They printed off the shipping label but did not actually ship the "same day". . . it sat for three days before USPS actually had the package. I did think the website was designed nicely, prices are great, and they do offer nice discount codes via push promotional emails. Checkout was easy as well. Overall I'd order from them again, but I would not bank on fast shipping.

I'll say to start off extremely rude. Customer service probably won't reorder or set an order due to the fact that I had an issue with a product that I ordered 2 months earlier and that's fine, but the guy was extremely rude and telling me instead of buying a 5 pound bag, I just need to order 1 pound bag. Add a time because I don't smoke that much. But the savings that I get on a five pound bag is better than a one pound bag
