these guys are great. but ALWAYS have your stuff shipped by UPS and not the postal system. had a shipment "get lost" in the USPS forever. and they replaced it by UPS inside of a week ! the prices are the best I have found on the internet and shipping is quick most of the time. right now I think they kind of busy so. but hey, once a item is shipped. they have little to no control over it. so. ship UPS.

I like being able to get everything for my RYO at your site and have ordered from you many times. My only real issue is the higher cost of shipping and specifically how slow your site is to ship my items. When ordering I look at the shipping options and the dates they show and make the choice that is quickest and most affordable for me. But, every single time, I wait day after day for the notification that my order has shipped. It seems to take multiple days after I’ve ordered for the items to ship. I’d love to know if this is being addressed. Thank you.
