The USPS shipped my item to my town, then sent it to some other town, then back to its original shipping point. Then finally back to my town. . . 5 days late.

Shipping was quick, packaging was great, and the tobacco is very good.

Good variety

I have been with WCC for years! They have always been reliable and have excellent customer service. Could not praise enough.

Fast delivery cheap prices good quality

over all I have received great service . Been doing busines with them for years now

I’ve been using these people for years very good people. If you call them, they will bend over backwards to take care of you.

Got everything on time

Excellent service. Grear products.

This site is great they ship fast and I've never had 1 problem doing business with them.

I have been ordering for a couple of years and I mostly always been EXTREMELY satisfied with the whole thing. And the FEW times I had an issue the company was quick to respond AND resolve the issue in a very good way. Thumbs up all around. And from someone in Texas where prices are high. I recommend this company to all who ask me about my self rolled cigarettes.

Orders have always been timely and correct. Top quality and selection and always fresh.

Windy City delivers excellent products. Packages are very well packed. I’ve ordered numerous jar candles, never received anything broken or smashed. Customer service is a real human. 10/10, highly recommend!

THIS COMBINATION CANNOT BE BEATEN FOR RYO. WINDY CITY HAS A HUGE SELECTION OF OHM TOBACCO WHICH I APPRECIATE. GREAT PRODUCTS AND A FANTASTIC COMPANY

Quality products. They shipped quick. Much cheaper than buying packs of cigarettes.

Nice and smooth

Good!

Great tubes that always fit.

Golden Harvest silver and 100mm tubes can't be beat. Best I ever had!

Love everything about Windy City! However, the last couple of shipments, especially the last one, there was one box of tubes/papers that were crushed pretty good. However, the outside box they were shipped in was not, so it makes me think they were packed that way. Wish there was something we could do to prevent that. But overall 4. 5 stars!!
