The AW replacement lock for my 35 year old sliding glass door was so easy to install and only cost about $8. It was the exact same piece, took about 3 minutes to install and works great.

Just what I needed to fix my 18 yr old door, hinges cost but they also sa v ed me from replacing a perfectly good door.

I bought a couple of Andersen window hinges. They arrived promptly and were of very high quality. I did have a question, though. I contacted windowparts. com Support. John answered my question and the hinges installed quite easily.

Site was esy to use. Parts came relatively quickly.

Simple but extremely overpriced.

Quick shipment. Fair price

Parts arrived on time

I put the new part on and it was simple (thanks to You tube) and is working well.

All went well

The window operators work fine but they were much much more expensive than they needed to be.

Part was perfect! Works well!

The best product for cleaning my show car’s windows!!! And I’ve tried a lot of glass cleaners. I can’t believe it’s been discontinued.

Communication that shipping was to come from two different locations would have made the whole experience better. Otherwise to replacement sashes were great and easy to replace.

Was very easy to install.
