Expensive. Took a long time to ship and although item new, it can only be locked with the deadbolt.

The item was received quickly and was easy to install.

I have a problem in the window grills I purchased are about 2 inches to narrrow. They fit height wise but they are short on each side. How do I rectify this?

Had to take my dremmel tool and cut 1/8” off the tip of the top sash lock so the assembly would lock the window smoothly. That’s the reason it broke the handle on the original sash lock.
