Ordering is easy and their staff easy to work with. The one major issue is getting the screens delivered un damaged. The packaging is fine as long as the product stays upright and not laid down and other items piled on that results in bent and dented screens. This has happened twice now. The company is excellent in responding, and reordering but they need to hold the shipper accountable.
