All customer service response and ordering were really good. Pleasant and knowledgable staff. The only thing not so great was the shipping of some of the order via USPS. There was no updated shipping communication and it took over two weeks to receive the package.

Parts were exactly what I needed to make my old windows new again I have little to no experience fixing windows but I found the part numbers on my non working windows and ordered the parts it was super easy to disassemble and to replace the bad parts with new now my windows open and close like they were new

they were not identical to the original Andersen muntin clips. The original had small bent tangs on the flat base that stuck underneath the sashes to hold them place.

Took awhile to get once order was placed.
