We had a good friend who died. We ordered a remembrance musical and engraved personalized. We ordered it on Wednesday night and we got it before noon on Saturday. It was wonderful,beautiful just what we wanted.

The site is super easy to navigate. I found the perfect and only sculpture that captured my kiddo, so it was the easiest "yes I'm buying this" I've had in a while. Fast delivery was a bonus! Very carefully and thoughtfully packaged. My kid had a satisfying "unboxing" experience with it. All the thumbs up!

My order was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately the stand I had a personal message engraved on was blank. I called the company and it was engraved and sent to my door the next day!! Thank you for your prompt service.

Everything was beautiful and quick. The statue seemed a little tilted on top of the music box and the tissue surrounding it was torn inside, but the box itself wasn't damaged and we appreciated that you sent it inside another carton.

Rhonda Diane born July 30 1979. I shopped the first time in May of 2022 for my daughter Christina for her birthday. Next shopping was for Christina again as a remembrance of her sister Rhonda who died in February 2021. She received the sisters on Rhonda’s birthday. Since then I brought my son on board keeping him in the birthday loop. This July 2025 I bought each of my children grandchildren and great grandchild ornaments for remembrance of my beautiful Rhonda whom we remember each and every day.

I purchased several items for the large Nativity. Everything came meticulously packaged and within a short time of ordering! I am very pleased with my purchases.

I'm happy with the products. My one disappointment is I had a " Made In Cambodia " sticker. I thought this was an American product.

A few years ago, I began purchasing Willow Tree family groupings for my family and friends. They fell in love with the unusual gifts. Recently, several friends had surgeries, I would choose a figurine and ask the florist to incorporate it into a dish garden for the recipient. These were a hit, too! The florist does not always have the Willow Tree item that I may want. Now, it’s convenient to order directly from the company.
