the shopping experience was quite nice on this site. it was easy and the selection was enormous i can't address service as to me that means a hands on experience. i do know the friend for whom i bought the figurine loved it. so that counts on the plus side for the willow tree site

Your site is difficult to use. . I ended up purchasing items i did not want because the shopping cart did not clear one of the items. I placed my order a week and a half before mother's day. Pack arrived a week late. . your tracking system leads you into an app that attaches to my email account. To find the actual tracking number you have look in the bottom left corner of a map. . i am displeased with your service.

Easy to find the product and order it. Angel selection is pretty big. Service was good and Angels arrived on time and unharmed.

Beautiful figurines which I have found bring so much meaning to the recipient you chose it for (even yourself!) Packaged for safe shipping. They have a huge selection. The website is a breeze to navigate. Beware of some of the other websites claiming to sell these. I ordered from one and it was a bad replica. Shop only Willow Tree.

The pieces, I feel, were designed for me. They are so unique and precious. They identically match poses and body language of my kids and I. It's bso powerfully captivating and emotionally thrilling. I'm a bit bummed, there are few that have been. Discontinued. I went through a domestic violence marriage for three years and almost lost mtty my life. That aside, he shattered every figure I had along with pictures and such. So I'm excited to see new ones created and recollecting the ones I had.
