I was excited to complete my nativity set with my recent purchase, it arrived packaged very securely and timely. the only thing I would change is if you are going to offer a free gift maybe let us decide which one if we get to the next price range, example ornament for one , but offer the ornament or the holy family box, I would have preferred the ornament as I don't has a use for the box at this time

We sought a way to honor ourselves as the grandparents of our nearly 4 year old grandson that we have not been allowed to see for 1/2 of his life, and of his sibling who is about 1 month today and of whom we know not the sex, the birthdate, nor name. Our Willow Tree sculptures sit lovingly and compassionately on our living room fireplace mantle. We feel our grandchildren’s presence, and we have a means to keep our love for them a part of our daily lives. Peace for us all!!!!

Quick delivery I now have nativity pieces to give our 12 Grandchildren. They get the Nativity set when they make their First Communion and we build on it every Christmas. Animals crèche wiseman etc. I have a few presents on hand but want them all to have a complete set before they are on their. A keepsake from Grandpa and Grandma.

I ordered “PROMISE” and a round, personalized base on Sept 23rd. My order showed that delivery was to be the 27th. I received an email on the 24th stating that my order had shipped. Fed ex tracking kept showing, “Info received”, however, tracking did not change. I contacted Willow Tree CS on two separate occasions, and each representative reporting that the order has not moved from their warehouse and that the product will ship. It did not ship each time and I contacted a 3rd rep. She reordered my initial order and told me it would be delivered Oct 4th. I still have not received the order. Guess i will have to call and ask for a supervisor. My advice is not to order. Go to a physical location and purchase.

This is the second item I bought from willow tree and it tipped over on my counter and broke the head both times.

I love Willow Tree. I am trying to have a collection that tells the story of my husband and i. A journey we have celebrated together for almost 52 years now. From when we were young, married, and children while they grew. Thank you for the inspiration.
