The pieces, I feel, were designed for me. They are so unique and precious. They identically match poses and body language of my kids and I. It's bso powerfully captivating and emotionally thrilling. I'm a bit bummed, there are few that have been. Discontinued. I went through a domestic violence marriage for three years and almost lost mtty my life. That aside, he shattered every figure I had along with pictures and such. So I'm excited to see new ones created and recollecting the ones I had. Broke one of my wife's figurines, Serenity. Replaced with same. Bought two more.

My wife has a collection of Willow Tree pieces. I bumped her dresser and Serenity fell, losing her head. I replaced Serenity and found two new pieces for her.

We LOVE Willow Tree. We have the Nativity and several other pieces. We have two new great grandchildren, so we ordered the "Two Together" babies. We have a "family grouping" that sits on our wall shelf. It reminds us how special family is. It came perfectly packaged and very quickly.

I began purchasing Willow Tree Angels back in 2001. My brother died about 10 days before my mom’s Birthday. No one felt like celebrating, but I wanted to do something for my mom. I bought her an angel of a Mom with her little boy. Since then I have a considerable collection. This time I purchased “Grandparents for friends of mine who became grandparents for the first time. They love it! The process of ordering and receiving was smooth and timely.

Our beloved cat, Crackers, recently passed away after 20 years with us. My hope is that he's somewhere up above waiting for us. This figure made me think of an angel holding him tight, loving him while he waits for us. My only wish is that the cat came in different colors.

It's nice to order directly from Willow Tree, service has always been good for me. I just hate that I have to pay for shipping, but oh well.

I ordered something for a friend's birthday present, and without warning or notification, my order was cancelled. When I looked at the order online, there was no reason given for the cancellation either. Not a good experience at all.
