I have not yet received a response concerning the duplicate charge on my account. I have since received the item from this order, and I can confirm that I received only one item. However, my payment records still show that I was charged twice for the same purchase. Your site is difficult to use. . I ended up purchasing items i did not want because the shopping cart did not clear one of the items. I placed my order a week and a half before mother's day. Pack arrived a week late. . your tracking system leads you into an app that attaches to my email account. To find the actual tracking number you have look in the bottom left corner of a map. . i am displeased with your service.

Easy to find the product and order it. Angel selection is pretty big. Service was good and Angels arrived on time and unharmed.

Beautiful figurines which I have found bring so much meaning to the recipient you chose it for (even yourself!) Packaged for safe shipping. They have a huge selection. The website is a breeze to navigate. Beware of some of the other websites claiming to sell these. I ordered from one and it was a bad replica. Shop only Willow Tree.

The pieces, I feel, were designed for me. They are so unique and precious. They identically match poses and body language of my kids and I. It's bso powerfully captivating and emotionally thrilling. I'm a bit bummed, there are few that have been. Discontinued. I went through a domestic violence marriage for three years and almost lost mtty my life. That aside, he shattered every figure I had along with pictures and such. So I'm excited to see new ones created and recollecting the ones I had. Broke one of my wife's figurines, Serenity. Replaced with same. Bought two more.

My wife has a collection of Willow Tree pieces. I bumped her dresser and Serenity fell, losing her head. I replaced Serenity and found two new pieces for her.

We LOVE Willow Tree. We have the Nativity and several other pieces. We have two new great grandchildren, so we ordered the "Two Together" babies. We have a "family grouping" that sits on our wall shelf. It reminds us how special family is. It came perfectly packaged and very quickly.

I ordered the Dated 2026 ornament for Mother's Day and birthday gifts. Came quickly and in great condition! Also ordered a retirement gift the angel For You! Always enjoy giving and receiving Willow Tree Items.
