I had ordered the creche from Amazon but it came used, unboxed, damaged and bouncing around in the box. I returned it and ordered directly from Willoowtree. com and the pieces came expertly packaged, undamaged, and beautiful. Will now be an outstanding addition to the rest of my nativity scene.

I was so excited about my order and loved every peice but the only thing I wished was different was the packaging. I wish it was styrofoam instead of the cardboard on the inside of each box.

The man had a broken leg when I got this out of the box it was in. There was almost no packing in the box . I would of expected more protection for this as it cost over $50! Also I thought the real willow statues were solid wood , I have 5 already that are all solid wood! Not a happy camper here with this product!
