I ordered a 12 month subscription, but received a 6 month subscription. I have emailed customer services but have not received a response. Would not recommend or order again.
Ordered a 12 month subscription in December as a Christmas gift. They have sent a code for a 6 month subscription instead. Have emailed many times to try and rectify the issue and they have ignored all communication. Do not buy from this company. Christmas ruined.
Really disappointing that my latest delivery is yet again delayed. No notification until today even though it should have been delivered by now. Have been a long term customer but that’s it from me now.
Original owners TA and TS seem to have left the company as of Oct 2024 according to Companies House. Email early Jan to lay blame for no deliveries on their logistics partner. No replies to emails since. Will be making a refund claim for my outstanding subscription under Section 75.
Ordered a year’s subscription in December intended as a Christmas present for my dad. Yet to receive any whisky and not a single reply to the numerous emails I’ve sent. 100 quid down and none the wiser to where my whisky is. Avoid this joke of a company.
Same as many people, a subscription as a gift. The gift code he was provided does not work. We have emailed many times over th 3 weeks and none of these have been answered. I'd recommend anyone going through the same to contact their bank to raise a dispute for goods not provided.

Absolutely dreadful company, I subscribed back in December and have still not received a single delivery. All emails have been ignored too. The keep taking money though. I have no reported this company. DO NOT ORDER ITS A SCAM
Zero stars. Been a member for two years all good until December, still waiting for the dram. Emails are ignored. Such a shame, I believe under new ownership, dreadful start.
Service is unpredictable and doesn't seem to be improving. Whisky is good which means I put up with it
The first two months were great however I've now not received anything in about two months. This isn't the cheapest subscription and the lack of delivery is making me reconsider this

Was given a voucher as a gift. Have challenged the fact that my bank card details are required to redeem the voucher. I don't believe this is true and only an internal requirement of Shopify the global purchasing platform. Have sent numerous emails and had zero response. VERY poor service. Not impressed. Also, privacy notice contains some questionable points particularly around legal basis of data processing.
I excitedly ordered an gift annual subscription for my partner for a birthday present. I paid extra for a gift box, rather than just a voucher. The box was delivered promptly but got battered on it's way. I realise that you won't be able to control what happens once it leaves your depot, but perhaps the packaging could be considered so that the gift arrives looking smart for the recipient. My partner opened the box and followed the instructions on the gift card inside. It took him to your website and straight away showed him the price of his gift. That's seriously disappointing. I'd not expected him to be able to see how much I'd paid. He asked me several times if I was sure I'd actually paid for a subscription because your website kept showing him the price. He even paused subscribing until I could go through it with him, just in case your website wanted him to pay. Can you review your gifting process so that other lucky recipients don't receive such a poor introduction to your organisation? I'm sure that once it's set up it'll be brilliant.
Ordered a subscription for my husband for Christmas. The gift code he was provided did not work. Between us we have emailed many times over the ladt 2 weeks and none of these have been answered. I'm very upset about the lack of communication and wondering whether I have lost my money.
I received a subscription gift card for Christmas from ny wife. The code does not work and Whisky_me are not responding to emails from my wife or myself. This is not the usual high standard of customer service we have experienced in the past.

My son bought a subscription for a Christmas present. Nothing ever arrived. I mentioned this to him and he reckoned the best way to resolve this was simply to purchase another subscription. Two flasks arrived, The Lakes, then Penderyn, since which nothing else has shown up. Beware therefore of subscribing to this company unless, like me, you end up with just two average glasses of whisky.
Husband hasn't received his December subscription pouch. No communication so far. Has this company gone bust?
