Each month I get to cross 2 distilleries off my whisky map. Staring at the shelves of my local bottle shop turns into a fever dream quickly; Whisky Me makes it fun and I know the dram has been curated as opposed to me picking a random bottle off a shelf and hoping for the best.

Love the variety of whiskies that you get to try and the 6cl size means you get to properly enjoy them!

I signed up on the 4th February, payment was taken and then a second payment on the 4th March. So far nothing received from Whiskey-me. com. Is this is a scam?

Unfortunately you can’t score lower than one star. Signed up on the 3rd February and charged same day. According to FAQ first delivery would be in March due to cutoff. Then charged again on 03rd March and what website shows next order April 03rd. So far I’ve received nothing, no response to any of the emails, Facebook messenger or instagram contect. Next stop will be the bank to reverse charges and block future transactions. Seems to be total scam

Signed up for a years gift for myself, not sure if that is strange, but why not. I received my first pouch today so within 3 days of signing up and can safely say some of my concerns have been addressed, the pouch holds a good shot of whiskey and the Tomatin 15 year old was very nice. However, the system is less than customer friendly and needs addressing. I was sent 3 emails upon signing up with links to the membership but each link just tried to sell me another package it took some time to actually get to my customer details and find out i was a Silver customer? My main concern though is when you get your first pouch it says in one of the emails that the person (me) that receives the gift can use the url and the given code to find out what gift they have been sent. So I expected a page to come up where I could add the code and get this information, instead I got a sales page asking me to say what I wanted and then complete all my details and whilst doing this the cost of the package is clearly displayed it’s not until you actually go to pay that you then enter the code and the balance then changes to zero. This is not a great experience and I am glad I didn’t gift this to anyone other than myself. Looking at your feedback I can see why some customers say they signed up but only got the first pouch. I will write another review next month on the assumption I have passed the very complex test and confirmed my order and will get the next pouch, I really am looking forward to it and hope some of these system issues are addressed.

I loved the Laphroaig elements dram. Elegant and complex and with that huge whack of peat!

Great way to explore different whiskies when you are first starting out and dont want to buy full bottles. Nocked down a start as there were too many basic 40% whiskies that didnt represent the best value in my opinion.

I hac a bad experience in August as my whisky pouches had been damaged in the post. I was promised replacement pouches following photos as evidence. The pouches weren't delivered either which was disappointing 😕.

It’s been a great way to try whiskeys that I have never heard about before. The live tasting are very informative as well

Fabulous idea, it was initially a present for my birthday, but I have carried on with the subscription and tried countless whiskies I wouldn’t normally have tried. The cards are a great way to keep track of what you have had, I try and put them in order of my favourites.

Such a great idea - perfect way to try out a wide range without having to commit to a whole bottle first. I’ve ended up trying drams I’d never have thought I’d enjoy only to find myself then ordering a bottle! Wholeheartedly recommend.

Tired of having multiple whisky glasses in an already over filled glasses cupboard? Doesn't use the whisky stones they already have? Just get them a Whisky. Me subscription. It's the gift that keeps on giving. Packaged well. The gift package option is a lovely way to present it. 10/10 recommend

Really enjoying the variety of the samples delivered. I had a problem over a missing delivery but the problem was sorted very quickly and I was very impressed with yiur response.

About the 8th of the month I start watching the postie making his rounds in eager anticipation of delivery of latest WhiskyMe dram. Four months in and I'm happy to say it's been a good experience sampling whisky I probably wouldn't have purchased. They've all been interesting and the leaflet with the tasting notes is welcome too. Now I keep the little orange pouch to the Thursday internet tasting. As an amateur whisky lover I'm intrigued by the fulsome technical descriptions of the distilling process. Each distillery seems to have an individual approach developed over the years. Half of it I don't begin to understand but it's quite pleasant sitting sipping a dram listening to the chat and enjoying their enthusiasm. So far all the Whisky Me drams gave been excellent and I also bought a bottle of the KinGlassie 12 year old after the tasting as it really hit the bullseye for me. My subscription was a birthday gift and it's a great present.

The mix of a novel dram like Hogsworth with a more traditional Loch Lomond was inspired. Charming presenting as ever!

A superb whisky, so took advantage of the subsequent offer. But too many times I've had to chase up delivery. Including this bottle and more than one of the monthly pouches. That said the pouches are a fantastic way of trying many whiskies. And as my son uses father's day and my birthday, 6 months later, to provide me with a subscription, it's a win win all round.
