Signed up recently with a view to trying drams I might not necessarily think to pick up for myself, and broaden my horizon a little bit. I’m only one order in so far (The Cotswold Single Malt, February 2025, which I’ve tried before, but it was nice to have again and check if my original tasting notes still applied) so I can’t really review the variety, but in terms of price, packaging, information and delivery everything has been fantastic with my first whisky. Looking forward to seeing what juice lands on my doorstep over the next few months!
Cotswald Whisky, Not sure about the tasting notes. Not much honey more acidic taste. Not good for drinking in its own. Perhaps in a cocktail. Not one to drink again. After a good mouthful you just get a burning acidic taste. . not pleasant
This monthly subscription was a perfect birthday present for my dad's 74th birthday. He is a whisky lover and has tried all the usual one available in supermarkets, so this will give him some different ones to try.

I thought this was a great idea for Christmas. Unfortunately the delivery was worse than terrible and never arrived in time despite being ordered 1 month before Christmas. The gift then had to be changed to an online gift which the recipient set up and his 1st delivery was over 2 weeks late. I only hope delivery is sorted out as the whisky itself and the idea is great. I've already paid for the year, and my recipient was sent 1 extra pouch by way of an apology.
Birthday present purchased £192 package recipient received £96 package in email link despite email saying gift was £192. Emailed twice to seek reassurance error will be rectified only standard will reply soon response received.
I ordered the 6 month whisky subscription for my dad in November. He received the gift box but there was no information about the subscription in this box. On the FQA’s it states I should have received an email with a code for him to redeem his subscription, I didn’t receive this email. I contacted customer services on the 7th of Jan but have had no reply. I’ve essentially paid £112 for one small pouch of whisky. It’s such a shame as my partner has been subscribed since 2023 and has never had an issue so not sure why I’ve had such terrible service. My next step will be to call customer services to hopefully get this resolved. However as of right now I can’t give more than 1 star.
I ordered a 12 month subscription, but received a 6 month subscription. I have emailed customer services but have not received a response. Would not recommend or order again.
Ordered a 12 month subscription in December as a Christmas gift. They have sent a code for a 6 month subscription instead. Have emailed many times to try and rectify the issue and they have ignored all communication. Do not buy from this company. Christmas ruined.
Really disappointing that my latest delivery is yet again delayed. No notification until today even though it should have been delivered by now. Have been a long term customer but that’s it from me now.
Original owners TA and TS seem to have left the company as of Oct 2024 according to Companies House. Email early Jan to lay blame for no deliveries on their logistics partner. No replies to emails since. Will be making a refund claim for my outstanding subscription under Section 75.
Ordered a year’s subscription in December intended as a Christmas present for my dad. Yet to receive any whisky and not a single reply to the numerous emails I’ve sent. 100 quid down and none the wiser to where my whisky is. Avoid this joke of a company.
Same as many people, a subscription as a gift. The gift code he was provided does not work. We have emailed many times over th 3 weeks and none of these have been answered. I'd recommend anyone going through the same to contact their bank to raise a dispute for goods not provided.

Absolutely dreadful company, I subscribed back in December and have still not received a single delivery. All emails have been ignored too. The keep taking money though. I have no reported this company. DO NOT ORDER ITS A SCAM
Zero stars. Been a member for two years all good until December, still waiting for the dram. Emails are ignored. Such a shame, I believe under new ownership, dreadful start.
