Love their products! Haven't had to contact customer service, so I don't know what that experience is like. But I haven't had any issues with their products or shipping. (Hence not needing to contact customer service.)

Let me be clear, I absolutely LOVE my shower detangler brush, however, when it broke during normal use, I was very disappointed. I contacted the customer service line and email, like I had done approximately two years prior when the exact same thing had happened. At that time their team was so apologetic and sent me two replacements for my inconvenience. This time when I emailed and explained my dilemma I was basically told tough cookies. I was heartbroken not only to find out, they no longer warranty their product since they now have their own website but that they wanted me to send them pictures to they could send them to their R&D people so it could help fix the issue going forward! My mind was blown! After explaining the brush I received directly from WetBrush was the brush that had failed, I was told since I didn't purchase it from their website there was nothing that could be done! I am hurt that as a consumer and customer, I am not their #1 priority and they want my help to fix their problem but expect me to be okay receiving nothing in return! So after I received this lack of customer service, I reached out to the BBB and will no longer use this product or promote it as I have done for years. Thankfully there are other options. Too bad this company got too big for customer service to be a priority any longer.
