Item arrived broken and unusable

Terrible experience. I did not receive the item I ordered and have wasted a lot of time trying to reach set brush to resolve, which has been unsuccessful.

I placed an order for four wet brushes, which included the lemon brush. I did not receive the lemon style I ordered and instead have received two peach. After a week of trying I have been unable to reach wet brush by phone or email to resolve this. I’m very disappointed.

Too hard of a brush causes breakage and too small for long hair.
