Won't buy again. Switching to Con Air at Wal Mart. Better bristles, and stronger brush, gets tangles out. Yours didn't.

Can I give zero stars? I ordered on 1/2. My order said it shipped but fed ex never received it. I have sent to emails to customer service and have not received an answer. I will no longer buy from this company. At the very least, Do not order from this company!
