Wrong item received. I have sent multiple emails and did website contact form and website support chat all with no response. Bad customer service

Did not receive brush, paid for the brush with no product. Mult attempts re issue or a refund with no response. I plan to notify BBB of the matter. Poor customer service that’s a fact.

This is for my 6 year old daughter for Christmas. I will let you know how it is then. We have had many wet brush’s through the years. She will love the wicked brush I’m sure.
