WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received only 1 of 5 orders!! One week and after multiple calls and emails, still no response!

This is for my 6 year old daughter for Christmas. I will let you know how it is then. We have had many wet brush’s through the years. She will love the wicked brush I’m sure.

My brush arrived cracked in half and I have reached out multiple times for a replacement with no response.

Non-existent customer service

I emailed the company three times and tried to call them as well (never got anyone to answer) to change my order from a Jack Skellington brush to a Sally brush. My first email was within minutes of placing my order when I realized my mistake. This brush was for my granddaughter and she likes the brush fine, but why provide an email address and phone number for "help" if efforts to make contact through these channels are futile? I still have never heard a word from the company in response to my request for help.

Never arrived, dead tracking number, no response to emails.

Never received, tracking number they provided is not working, and can’t get the company to respond to email. I can’t speak to the brush but the customer service is terrible.

Shipped very quickly and all four products were correct and arrived to my rural area the next day. However, after they arrived I lost one of the brushes. Great company, but please work on this issue
