Very dainty, tinier than I thought. But it’s what makes it unique and special. I really like it!

The piece is lovely but it came tangled, took over an hour to untangle it. It’s very pretty and nicely made but the chain should have been taped to the back of the box before shipped.

I sent a note asking for how to return this necklace and I have not heard back after 3 days at least. The necklace is not what I expected nor how it appeared online. Additionally, the chain was knotted when it arrived and I could not get it undone. Customer service is obviously bad and I have nothing positive to say.
