Ordered a necklace for my mom's birthday back in October. About a month later in November I reached out because I had not received it and was told it had been oversold and would be shipped at Thanksgiving. When I didn't receive it, I emailed again beginning of January and received a response almost two weeks later that the necklace had been discontinued and I would be refunded my money. Would not recommend buying from them.
