All items arrived in one piece, none were damaged (nearly all items I ordered were glass). Shipping was free (thank you), it was a little slow but I was in no rush. :) Would purchase again from here.

Ordered Dec 10. Received confirmation. Not arrived yet as of Dec 25. Will miss giving them to family for Christmas. No response from company after two emails.

Still have not received my advent stand and it's Christmas Eve. I've asked for updates and have not heard back. Really disappointing. It's understandable that this was out of your control. But at this point, you need to respond to your customers and start giving refunds.
