I absolutely LOVED this necklace and was so upset when the chain broke 3 months later. I emailed customer service and they offered me a 10% discount to buy another one. I definitely would have paid to ship it back to get it repaired or paid for a replacement chain! I have ordered a couple different chains from Amazon to see what could fit but ultimately ended up taking it to a jeweler to get the chain repaired. Only because I wore it so often and love it so much. I am super disappointed that a necklace a little on the pricer side only last a few months, make me rethink ordering other pieces of jewelry…which makes me so sad!
