I have been waiting for three weeks and have not received this necklace. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for my daughter, but that date has passed. I hoped to gift it for Christmas instead, but that’s tomorrow. I reached out to customer service last week and here’s part of their response: “do not email multiple times, or else your email goes to the bottom of the list we are working through”. That was 5 days ago. The only response I’ve received from them was a request to write a review, which I have done here. Greatly disappointed at the lack of service.

Very sad to write but purchasing rosaries now vs when y'all first started made me really sad. I really miss the fact that the JPII cross was on all of them then it was turned modern. Then the price spiked. The business itself seems more of buy this brand instead of the love and joy that went into making them. I love my old wedding at CANA rosary so much. The St. Joseph one which was gifted to me is put away more then used because it looks like it'll fall apart & the little gold plastic beads are fading. .
