Have purchased many times from the clothing range and always received great service. But . . . When I tried to book my bike in for a warranty job to be completed, 3 week wait? I left my number and asked if they had a cancellation to let me know and I would drop it in straight away , didn't hear a thing, went in the shop a couple of days later to collect something, got talking to the chap on service and he started moaning about being let down all morning by people cancelling??? When I asked why I never received a call i couldn't get a straight answer. . I have never booked my bike back in there.

Fast delivery and good service, the only thing is the lack of free returns. My items all fitted great, but if they didnt would have cost quite a bit to return a bulky 2 piece touring suit.
