Excellent service, quality product which did not disappoint

Normally receive an email to confirm order and then given an update on despatch but I didn’t so I called them up. They explained that they had to wait for delivery from another branch. They posted that day and I received it the following day so very good service

Quality jacket at good price and efficient delivery on the day I specially requested given I was away on holiday. However really would appreciate feedback on courier aspect. They left an expensive jacket in an open porch which was partially exposed to weather and not hidden in any way. Don't think that part of experience (and risk of theft you're bearing) is consistent with my good quality experience to that point. Email confirming delivery also said there was a card saying where item was "hidden", there was no card, item was not hidden. Glad I got home (knew when item was arriving but stuck in hospital with daughter so couldn't be there in person on the day) a couple of hours after delivery. Anyone could have stolen it as it was visible from pavement, it was also wet and dark. Not great part of process. Happy to provide pic of where it was. However good quality item, order process very good and a good price, so thanks for that! Cheers. Mike McLaughlin
