Nothing wrong with the gift itself but problems with the delivery by post. Didn't arrive on the specified date so waited 2 days and phoned. Assured it would be sent out again but again it has not arrived on the specified date. It is part of a birthday gift so its non arrival is particularly disappointing

Great present - my husband was very pleased with this.

I have not heard from the recipient but I know she will be delighted. When someone is eighty and they don’t need anything for their home it gives them pleasure to know their gift is helping someone else. I thought the cards were fun and liked the blue and white colours. I will do this again.

Bought a gift card with a donation of a pump as a birthday ‘gift’ for a friend with a birthday message. The card arrived a week late despite saying it would arrive on time. I realise this could be a postal service delay but still very disappointing.

And a great cause too.

I bought a Nuts and Bolts Valentines Card for my Husband and he was absolutely thrilled to know that villages in Africa were being helped in his name. It is something I will keep on doing as it brings joy to those who receive and it makes a gift with a difference.

It was very easy to log on and buy a present and an email was sent to the recipient (in this case my husband who asked for a water aid gift as a Birthday present) straight away. I am trusting the water pump purchased will definitely get where it needs to go. It would be nice to know where it was used but appreciate that it is probably too difficult to track and monitor each gift.

Instead of the usual vaguely pointless card, this year I sent my wife one including a donation to buy taps where they are desperately needed. My wife was delighted that it had a great purpose. Nice card, great idea.

I think Water Aid is an incredible charity and was happy to donate to them. I really want charities to spend all the donations on the 'cause' but I would have liked just one acknowledgement of the donation so I knew that the payment had gone through

Took me a while to find the page on your site. A link to it on the home page would have been helpful. The range also doesn’t seem as large as in previous years. You need to provide a number of different options in the £10, £15, £20 range.
