So easy to buy a last minute gift that doesn’t clutter the house and does some good.

I chose to give charitable donations as gifts this year, and the idea of giving a gift which doubled as a Christmas card saved paper too. Sadly, your web site demands recipients have a title but only one. You can’t send to a Mr & Mrs, if you have friends who don’t use titles, too bad. I opted to call everyone Professor but would have preferred to have had more choice.

We much prefer to give Christmas presents of a WaterAid gift to help those less fortunate than ourselves than spend the money buying Christmas presents for people that may not evenbe what they want!

I gave this to my family for Christmas and they loved it, would highly recommend!

I buy a gift each year for xmas. Always appreciated and a good charity gift. Providing a gift envelope would make it even better, plus a choice of card designs would be great.

I found the site very easy until it came time to pay. The only option offered was payment by credit card. I don't have a credit card and usually pay on this site by PayPal. However, once I contacted the office I was assured my debit card would work - and it did.

Initially had difficulty navigating but due to own distractions.

Really good choice of value for the donation and the card. Having a card that I could send was very positive. It took a bit of time for the cards to arrive and the three I ordered arrived separately.

I ended up with the egift going to be sent to my email account and not my sister’s, but it was quickly put right. Thanks to the Water Aid guy.

I found the site very user unfriendly. After making my purchases I was asked to sign in and then found my basket was empty so had to start all over again! It's rather laborious having to go through the same process for each purchase. I persevered because I have enormous report for WA but was Very frustrated!

The process of making the donation/ buying the gift worked well and the card arrived promptly. All very smooth.
