Excellent service. Very prompt delivery of gift cards to 5 different addresses. Almost next day delivery despite all the postal strikes. Would thoroughly recommend this gift. The recipients I gave to were all pleased to be able to contribute to such basic needs.

The website is easy to use, but I would really have liked more information about where the gifts I bought were going to and exactly how they are going to be used.

The recipients of the gifts approved wholeheartedly and agreed it is a very important cause.

I think the gift will be appreciated and enjoyed more than a traditional gift. However concerns outside of my control, or Wateraids, made this quite a stressful thing to do this year.

We decided that neither of us needed anything, unlike those without water, so decided to buy a village water tank so that others could have what we take for granted. Happy Christmas!

Great idea guys, sending a useful gift. The ecard was very confusing, to whom was it directed and why did I get it? Sending a card to myself, thanking me, very odd. Keep up the great work.

This is a great cause, but I have to say that your card designs are offputtingly Naff! In other words we buy gifts despite being repelled by a high proportion of your designs. Presumably most people who agree with us wouldn't get as far as this survey?
