I have been pleased with your products in the past, and also appreciated the prompt and helpful email reply to my questions. I placed my order and was a bit aghast at shipping and handling costs that increased my total by almost 50%. I probably would not have ordered differently, but I think at the least you might include some explanation as to why shipping/handling prices are so huge! P.S. the new shipment has yet to arrive.

We are painting contractors who found your roof wash product a few years ago. We like that is does not damage shingles and is safe for the environment. It works very well and are customers are happy and so are we.

The Cedar Wash product that I have tried using does a pretty good job of removing mold/mildew, as good as any that I have tried before and is preferred due to it's environmental benefit vs. harsh chemicals. The problem that I have with Cedar Wash is the difficulty in getting the granules to completely dissolve. The undissolved particles cause numerous clogs in the nozzles of my two different garden type sprayers. I have to stop regularly to clear the clogs which causes problems in allowing the sprayed areas to dry and results in streaking. I'm having to do the siding twice in attempting to remove the streaks. I've tried HOT water vs. cold water in the mixing process which does seem to be a little better but still not as good as I believe it should be.

not very happy.bottle arrived with leak that made directions not legible.called that day and was told new bottle would be sent and still is not here.asked how to use product and your rep gave me very vague idea of how to use online.still not sure how to use without proper directions.

I liked your deck wash very much. I want to use your deck seal,but live in a condo and must use a brown color which is not available.

I was hesitant buying this product at 1st. Now after using it, I'd purchase this product again. I wouldn't buy the penetrating spray only because Liquid wrench works better then this stuff but the Rust Away works awesome! I would've given 5 Stars if it wasn't for the penetrating spray.

Does exactly as advertised. The company even reshipped after shipper had problems with the package

I only ordered one quart of Rust Off to try it on my deck and concrete. I just tried it on a small part to see how it works. I am not going to clean all my deck and concrete until I solve the problem with my iron in my well water. However, I was amazed it worked like magic. I am confident it will do a great job on all my concrete and my deck. Thank You!

For many years, as a House painter here in Northern California, I have been using a variety of ways to apply wash safe to decks houses and roofs. I primarily used garden pump sprayers and a five gallon bucket with a brush on a pole. This method required the use of ladders and scaffolding and had as you can imagine other drawbacks as well. I'm pleased to report that I just finished a project with the transfer pump chemical tank system whereby I was able to coat an entire two story Victorian, including the roof, in a short amount of time. For all the siding eaves facia decks walkways and furniture, I simply stood on ground level with no need for ladders. The system fired right up and I was washing within minutes.

The directions should be more detailed. Do you wet the wood first, do you let it soak in at all.how quickly does it need to be rinsed off. Does any of this effect results?!

I've been using WSI's products for two years now, I'm extremely happy with most all of them. The house wash is used during the week on small jobs, or to keep the drain lines clean, and the dishwasher too. The roof wash is outstanding and long lasting. I first sprayed it on in 42 degree weather (farenheit) in the fall. I notice it's effictiveness that fall and winter and because I could I went back up on the roof in the spring for another application. The north side of this Puget Sound roof remains clean and moss free. I frequently use the sport wash either as a prewash (another use for house wash too) or as the regular cleaning agent in a wash. No complaints. The only product I found weak was the concrete wash, didn't do it for me and because we are on a delicate water source here I don't like using the power washer as a first choice. A benefit to our family equal to the cleaning ability of the products is that thay are not harmful to pets or plants and suitable for septic systems. I heartily recommend WashSafe Industries product to family, friends, and neighbors. The eco suitibility is a big selling point. The roof wash is so amazing I find it hard not to go knocking on doors where the people's roofs are deteriorting from moss buildup. I may go into business it bothers me so much. LW

Would recommend this to everyone who has a composite deck. It works great with little effort. Will definitely be purchasing more.

My wife and I own a seasonal home in southern Rhode Island a block from the beach so the cedar siding takes a beating. We ordered 4 pounds of Cedar Wash and only used half for a Cape Cod style home. It took us about 8-10 hours to power wash the entire house from top down. We used a gas powered pressure washer since we had the electric company completely remove the wire from the house. I strongly recommend doing this as it was a free service and eliminated the risk of getting electrocuted from overhead power lines. We really soaked the house with water first (one side at a time), let soak for 15 minutes and then used a 2 gallon tank sprayer to apply the cedar wash. I strongly recommend when you add the cedar wash and water to the tank sprayer to give it a good shake and the let sit for 15 minutes. When I started to apply the cedar wash to the cedar siding I started at the top of the house and really soaked the siding...the more you apply the easier your life will be when you start to power wash. Once you apply the cedar wash let it soak in for atleast 15 minutes and then use a delicate tip when power washing. This product worked so well that when we showed before/after photos to people they thought we resided the house. We have since stained the house with a semi-transparent stain and it looks like a new home...Thank you!!
